As Ontario goes into its second COVID-19 lockdown, creating images becomes more difficult than ever before. Since I live alone, human interaction is extremely limited and only consists of video calls or trips to the grocery store. Due to the social limitations, this book consists of images taken from the view of my balcony in the middle of downtown Toronto. I wanted to confine myself to this one space and capture moments in time from 26 floors above. These are all regular objects or scenarios that we see in our day-to-day life but taken from a brand new point of view that is significantly less common.
